Volunteer - Background Information Form

The North Santiam School District (NSSD) recognizes the important role that volunteer service provides in support of the education of our students. 

We encourage and welcome your interest in serving as a volunteer.  All of the District schools have many areas and/or ways in which your strengths could enhance the educational  environment for students.

In order to protect our students, all volunteers are required to complete a background form and be cleared through the Human Resources Office prior to serving as a volunteer.

A link to the Volunteer Background form can be accessed above and can either be completed online prior to printing and submission to the school or print form, complete and submit to the school office where you wish to volunteer.  The form is also available at all of the schools as well as the District Office.
